STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is 3 – 5 working days.

Your product will be dropped off kerb side. If ordering a large product, it will require self-assembly as it will be fully boxed.

Delivered by DHL or Fed ex.

 

Free DELIVERY

All order over £100 will qualify for free standard UK delivery.

 

white GLOVE DELIVERY

We offer a white glove delivery and installation service (available at delivery section at checkout).
Our experienced team will deliver your new product to the door, unbox and remove any unwanted packaging materials.
The goods will be assembled if required and you will be shown how to use your product safely.
We may even be able to dispose of your old product for additional charge. Please call us to check if this service is available in your area before placing an order.

 

FREE PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION

For customers within a 25-mile radius of our branches we can offer a free home demonstration.

Important Delivery Information

We give such timescales in good faith however, some factors beyond our control may cause unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed or any potential delays as soon as possible. Seacroft Mobility will not accept any liability for any losses, damages, or costs involved due to a delay in delivery.

If you require any specific delivery needs, please contact us prior to ordering to avoid any disappointment.

If a product arrives damaged, you must inform Seacroft Mobility on the same day as the product is received. Any damaged products must be kept by the buyer, and we may request you supply us with photos of the damage.
