Pride Ranger 8mph Off-Road Mobility Scooter

The Pride Ranger is a substantial Class 3 mobility scooter built for customers who want to go beyond smooth pavements and everyday urban journeys. Designed for regular outdoor use, maintained trails and suitable rougher tracks, it combines impressive ground clearance, large pneumatic tyres and front and rear suspension to deliver confident outdoor performance.

With a maximum speed of 8mph and a choice of battery configurations, the Ranger offers a manufacturer-quoted range of up to 18.6 miles with 75Ah batteries or up to 24 miles with the larger 100Ah batteries. It also supports users weighing up to 25 stone / 159kg.

Where the Ranger really stands out is underneath. Its large 14.5-inch pneumatic tyres, 14cm ground clearance and front and rear suspension provide the grip, cushioning and clearance required for more challenging outdoor journeys. It can also negotiate suitable obstacles of up to 10cm.

Comfort hasn't been forgotten either. A supportive pillow-top high-back seat features limited recline and adjustable armrests, while the adjustable delta tiller uses ergonomic wraparound handles for comfortable and intuitive control.
